Halley Berry ordered to pay $15,000 a month in child support Wow how the table have turned First Halle next Sherri Shepard
A Los Angeles court has ordered Halle Berry to PAY $16,000 per month in child support to Gabriel Aubrey to support their six-year-old daughter Nahla until she turns 19 years old or graduates from high school — whichever comes first.
The court also ordered Halle to pay $155,000 in retroactive child support as well as $300,000 in legal fees.
Berry will be responsible for the monthly payment, amounting to almost $200,000 a year, as well as their daughter’s tuition. The former couple will split her healthcare expenses. The pair share equal custody of their daughter, according to court documents.
Berry and current husband Oliver Martinez have an 8-month-old son together. Berry, 45, and Aubry, 38, dated for five years before splitting back in 2010.
Berry and Aubry, who split in 2011, were involved in a custody dispute in 2012, and a judge blocked her from moving their daughter to France.
Less than two weeks after the judgement was made on Novemeber 22, 2012, Aubry and Martinez Berry's now husband were both treated at a hospital for injuries after engaging in a physical altercation at Halles's residence.
Down and dusted: Court document prove the settlement made
Child support: In section 6A of the documents it states how much she is expected to pay on the 15th day of every month
Martinez performed a citizen's arrest on Aubry, and because it was considered a domestic violence incident, was granted a temporary emergency protective order preventing Aubry from coming within 100 yards of Berry, Martinez, and Nahla until November 29, 2012.
In turn, Aubry obtained a temporary restraining order against Martinez on November 26, 2012, asserting that the fight began when Martinez threatened to kill Aubry if he did not allow the couple to move to France.
At the time leaked court documents included photos showing significant injuries to Aubry's face.
Have you seen the trailer to family therapy which the cast is the mother and siblings of Singer Keysha Cole
However Keysha Cole will not be a part of this show and has gone to extreme measures to make sure it doesn't air due to the mention of her name without being permitted to do so. One can't help but think why is Keysha so against this we she herself monopolized off the dysfunction of her family. Take a look at the trailer and share with me your take.

Houston We have a problem Mayor Annise Parker passes discrimination ordinance
A resounding cheer erupted inside Houston City Hall Wednesday night as the mayor and city council passed a sweeping anti-discrimination ordinance that ignited a passionate debate over the rights of gay and transgendered Houstonians.
The hotly contested vote on Mayor Annise Parker’s equal rights ordinance brought an overflowing crowd into the council chambers, where hundreds of citizens signed up to speak out. But the daylong debate apparently didn’t change any council members’ minds and certainly didn’t affect the widely expected outcome, as the mayor’s proposal passed by an 11- 6 margin.
“This is not the most important thing I have done or I will do as mayor,” said Parker, who was visibly moved after the ordinance was adopted. “But it is the most personally satisfying and most personally meaningful thing that I will do as mayor.”
Opponents vowed to continue fighting the ordinance at the ballot box, possibly petitioning for a referendum putting the issue before voters. Some of the mayor’s critics have also discussed launching a recall movement against her and some council members, but even they admit removing city elected officials from office would be very difficult. The story of Chrissy Polaris transgender male living as a female whom was attacked by two females in a McDonald's restroom for using the facilities of and I qoute real women. My Monday goes deeper with this dilemma. I think of the children whom will Onegin witnessing this taking place. Yes this is America, land of the free. We have our freedom of choice our rights to live our lives as we so decide. But let us not loose sight of whom are decisions effect. And yes Mayor Parker's I'm directing this to you along with the city counselors who ruled in favor of this ordinance. Houston we must override this decision at the polls.
The mayor suggested the idea began with complaints from African-American men who said they were turned away from nightclubs based upon their race. But the debate has centered mainly on the rights of gay and transgendered people. The mayor herself acknowledged and essentially encouraged that perception with a pointed remark that “the debate is about me.”
“It feels great,” said Travis Sheive, a politically active gay man celebrating the ordinance’s passage at City Hall. “I mean, I feel like the city that I love and the city I worked so hard for has just stood up and told everyone that they’re going to protect me and that they’re going to treat me equally under the law.”
But for once I want the Mayor to come and have a look at the dangers of this decision from a very different viewpoint. I feel as though her approach towards this decision was a bit vague. There are so many reports of transgender male/females whom find themselves victims of hate crimes. Just recently in Santa Francisco
a 15-year-old student was assaulted, who is biologically female but identifies as male, told officers he was leaving a boy's bathroom at Hercules Middle/High School when three teenage boys pushed him inside a large stall and assailed him.

What do Women really want?
If you ask most Single Women what they long for in a companion, most will say they desire a man whose balanced. A man of great understanding, A born leader, hard working and yes one whose emotionally mature. Logically we will never understand the complexity of how Beautiful God designed us. I'm in this transitional phase, and I'm learning that our emotions are simply indicators that are triggered if and when angry, upset, hurt, depressed or when your not being treated how you believe you deserve to be treated. It's our que to stop, embrace the feeling, reason with it and not react. But instead respond with wisdom. Fellas, her emotions (if she knows how to control them) are the GPS to help the two of you stay on course. I mean, think about it.
Someone has to be intune with the emotional part of the connection. The reality is Men are logical , Women are emotional. And to the men. Your ability to think logically, helps keep the two of you balanced. If we each operate according to how we were created relationships, families even our society as a whole would be so much better. This is coming from a Woman who's working on her own emotions, that is(tickled you would have to know me to understand) "Emotional Intelligence" is Key Ladies!" Studying self to evolutionize self is great. After all you are you're greatest project.
Are you truly ready to be his Wife?
Are you really ready to be a Wife?
A question I find myself asking myself everytime I entertain the idea of whay would it be like? The finding a dress planning yada yada yada. I may not be married as of yet. keyword "yet". But neither am I ignorant.
Women of faith love qouting the Scripture He that finds a Wife finds a Good thing...the problem with that is...we are too busy being good things when it clearly says, he finds a Wife. Which means we must have the qualities and character of a Wife before we wear the dress and run to the church or the court house. And being a Wife means more than laying on your back like Flipper,
"Cleaning like Hazel" and "Cooking like Betty Crocker". There are business's legal and illegal that offer a man all the above. Are you patient? Are you prayerful? Can you encourage? Are you capable of keeping the affairs of the home private between he and yourself?
Are you financially responsible? Forgiving? Can you Commit to one man? Can you Support his goals and dreams? Are you emotionally available without smothering or going ballistic? Are you focused on solutions? Or are you driven by problems? All questions we as single/dating women should ask ourselves, before hand. That and so much more. In my opinion every marriage union should be a reflection of God's love. "Unconditional love".
Not self seeking, fault finding, very sacrificial and unselfish. And if one has not mastered these things. Think twice before accepting his ring.
